Refund Policy

1. A customer can ask for a refund only within 6 hours of the purchase.

2. No Refund will be given to the customer for the purchase of any package made by the customer directly from the learningzila website or through the affiliate link of the person who referred him to the learningzila website after 6 Hours of purchase under any circumstances.

3. If you upgraded your package of learningzila then no refund will be given to any customer under any circumstance.

4. A payment gateway fee @3% of the paid amount and a processing fee @5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded

5. Once your refund is initiated you’ll recieve a confirmation mail and within 5-7 working days the amount will be refunded on your original payment method

Add-on

Add-on benefits are non-refundable.

Particulars of Add ons are subject to change.

Add-ons remain active only with active packages. If a customer has refunded a bundle package, the add-ons will no longer be available.
